I just remembered this story, remember when they found late model French made Roland missiles in Iraq? Here's a link. The evidence has been found there to justify his claims.

I'm starting to wonder if this may not end out the October suprise too. The show tonight justified invading Iraq and blew away Kerry's criticism of Bush in regards to the UN, and destroyed his "plan" of bringing the UN and other allies on board. I think this is going to snowball this week.
I'm going to make a prediction. Fox mentioned in the report that the Justice Department has been investigating the guy that ran the UN Oil for Food Program for months now. The JD is going to come out either this week or next week with a report implicating the guy. If that happens the MSM will not be able to ignore it and it'd game set match for Kerry. _________________ Bill Hershey

This laid everything out so neatly that anyone could understand how Saddam was gaming the UN.
The abuse is inexcusable.
I was furious while I watched - especially the footage of Monsieur de Villepin arguing for more time for the sanctions to work - and then showing how someone in high levels in France assured Hussein that France would use its veto power against the United States' use of force against Iraq.
I remember all the criticism from that time - how we were just whining because France wasn't up for our coercion and bribery.
France was their own country and they didn't have to be our slaves, blah, blah, blah...
Well, screw France. It's pretty clear now that not only did a lot of French companies but probably Jacques Chirac himself profited from this mess.
Russia? Germany? Sending materie'l to kill our troops right up until the start of the Iraq invasion?
With friends like this....
I'm now more convinced than ever that we have to get out of the UN and get the UN out of the US. It's nothing to do with us, any more. It's not the bright hope for a peaceful world that it was supposed to be.
The bright hope for peace is for the US and like-minded countries to retain overwhelming military strength and the courage to go after the abusers and the bad guys, wherever they are and kill them before they kill innocents. _________________ ~ Echo Juliet ~

CNN kept quite about Saddam for 10 freaking years in order to keep their Baghdad office open. I'm calling my local newspaper in the morning and ask when they plan to do a story on it. It isn't going to happen unless we demand it. |

This is a great day. Two of Kerrys major campaign issues were totally demolished.
First, No WMD's, No Connections to Terrorism, Rush to War, & Kerry would have done it better.
Major points on Fox
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,135654,00.html
Our allies that we abandonded when we rushed to war were on the take from Saddam (along with the UN) and would have never voted to attack Saddam. Saddam was getting stronger under the sanctions and was able to buy influence in the UN security council to lift sanctions using oil for food money. Oil for food money was being used by Saddam to fund terrorists.
Second, Import Perscription Drugs from Canada.
