Scotty61, The US Supreme Court has taken a case on exactly the scenario you described. "Eminent Domain Abuse"
They will rule on it, propably within the next month.
I'm looking forward to the ruling, as its been a problem in the greater Cleveland area also.

The groundswell is growing each day of Americans disgusted with the treatment our country receives from our "friends" at the UN. Many of our fellow citizens are unaware how ineffectual this organization has been over the past two decades and how many times we have been stabbed in the back.
The fear of isolationism is the fear a Nation shows when it fails to project its independence, will and beliefs. If President Putin wants to bomb some know terrorists causing his Nation problems outside his borders we should support him. The Beslen school incident was Russia’s 911 and this led the Russian people to finally realize we were right to invade Iraq as a preventative measure and they are looking to take some preventative measures of their own. There is only one-way to negotiate with committed Islamic extremist leaders; kill them where they stand and move onto the next target. Israel understands this and has made an art out of targeted assassinations of the extremist leadership.
Several years ago I equated Islamic extremists to the common cockroach; the cockroach comes out under the cover of darkness to feed and hides under the cover of darkness to breed. When Islamic schools, scholars and houses of worship release their bile onto their followers they are the breeders of hate against the west. Whenever all that you read and hear in your print and televised media is attacks against the west, the stories must be true. These sources are once again more breeders of extremists. When does it end? When the last radical Muslim is killed.
