This seems to be just another example of leftist character assassination against the right. They don't ever need to prove anything, just throw out the seeds for the public to grasp and believe.

It seems Ronnie Earle lacks about everything, especially sense and ethics. How can you get an indictment with no evidence? OOPS!! Forgot. It isn't the evidence, it's the seriousness of the charge. Fortunately that is baseless and Mr. Persecuter(sic) will have to answer for a lot.

Hey hold on a minute here. The original documents were left in a Texas Kinkos by accident. Dan and Mary say they will FEDEX them as soon as they find the file in their computer.
