It might as well have been personally written by John Kerry! or Murtha!

It blames us for 9/ 11 ! here's a sample:

one inscription states, “You don’t win battles of terrorism with more battles.” Another: “Congress questions why CIA and FBI didn’t prevent attacks.” And another reads, “Erroneous US air strike kills 46 Uruzgan civilians,” referring to a wedding reportedly hit by mistake in Afghanistan.

and our governor sees nothing wrong with this! ???

ok, I'm not really surprised at that ! but I sure hope it is her undoing!

I've had a thought about all this anti Americanism in our country and
now I'm almost sure of it -
they have not only physically infiltrated us - they have exposed

Americans to 'brain wash' air, water or both!

As far as I know it was built with private money - but it is on state
property and needs to be REMOVED !

I just happened to catch a Brit Hume lead-in to this story on Fox but missed the story itself. It's getting some notice.

Edit: I found a link to the story on Fox...click on the "Latest FOX News Headlines" link on lower/right page, then "US" on left side, then "Controversial Memorial" (Gawd I hate Java)

I saw the report also. It struck me that this "memorial" wasn't very big
and it didn't look that well supported.

It looked like it could be pulled down with an ordinary tow truck.

Not that I'm suggesting that, it was just my observation.

shoot, I watch our news at least 4 x a week (usually more if I remember) and I hadn't heard anythiing about it til recently. Heard nothing about it
being comminssioned or installed.

I do hope the Gov coming out recently saying she sees nothing 'wrong' with it - is the final nail in her campaign for re-election!

the dude running against her oughta run with that comment !

Fox news aired an interview with the head of the Memorial Commission. He expressed regret that the memorial ran out of space and it didn't include characters to represent the 19 arabs that died on 9/11.

The inscriptions are cut in thin steel plates and are read by the light shining through onto to a conrete bench below. It's a halfway clever design. Whatever they charged us it's cheaply done and the plates are easily replaceable. A conveniently out of control 2 ton would flatten it. Then again, where it's located, by the state capitol it will be over run by winos come December and no one will be looking at it or be able to read it after that.
