My 22 year old niece arrived in Baghdad yesterday to teach English. She is a vollunteer with a non-profit group that has a long history in the area (She grew up in the region). I ask for your prayers for her and ask you to be encouraged that there are young people who are not intimidated by either the terrorists or the nay sayers.

my nephew is also in the region - he's USAF though not a civilian. She is very brave to be a young woman going into that area. It is hard to think we were that young and daring once too.

My #3 Son-in-Law just re-uped yesterday in Bagdad...then went out
on patrol right afterwards. He should be getting really short in
country though.
