Interested in how ignorant Americans are? Ask a Graduate level student of Chomsky's at MIT why Cuba has a high literacy rate. Linguist Naom Chomsky was recently voted smartest man on earth by people around the world and there is no doubt MIT is one of the finest institutions of higher learning on this planet, so any student of Chomsky would obviously give an answer indicative of their world class erudition.

The beautiful thing about America is we are a free country and this means the people are free to be as ignorant as a brainwashed Chomsky 'True Believer'. It took Chomsky student Ben Kiernan over 5,000 interviews of Cambodian refugees before he realized the extent of his former master’s deception. Most leftists will never go through the process of mind cleansing and as a result will go their entire lives in a zombie trance, unable to employ the Trivium's two most important elements, Logic & Rhetoric.

Why does Cuba have such a high literacy rate? How else do you brainwash the ignorant majority? Cubans might be able to read letters, but in no way does this mean they are reading Hemmingway, rather Fidel’s Little Red Book and nothing else.

Seeing the level of knowledge in the people interviewed would be very depressing if it didn't make me feel like a genius by comparison.

While this video does indeed show some pretty ignorant people, apparently it's intended purpose, it is also very heavily edited as well it does not show any who aren't as ignorant.

Personally, I like Sean Hannity's 'Man on the Street' interviews he does on Thursdays as it shows the ignorance of some as well as those who aren't so ignorant and, it isn't recorded and edited to show only what he wishes to show.

The interviewers accent sounds Australian to me, but I often confuse theirs with the British.

The video is an excellent example of the results realized out of our school systems, i.e., teaching down to the level of the stupidest person in class.
No child left behind just means no child will be taught to his full potential.
