I think we ought to publish places selling the book.

I have one reserved at Hastings at San Angelo, TX. Everyone in that area should reserve one, so they will order more. They have ordered 100 so far.

A list of sources would be convenient, but there'e something to be said tactically for everyone buying it at Amazon. Instead of spreading the sales out and keeping it in the top ten on several sites, everyone buying it from Amazon would keep it at #1 longer, better for PR. Just a thought.

Especially since Barnes and Noble (at least the one near my home) says it won't have it in stock until September.

Also, don't forget to recommend it at Amazon.com when you read it!

Why isn't the book available yet. I thought it was to be released on August 10th? Are there legal problems?

nodefense,

This is what I was told yesterday by the book stores that I called to see if they had it so I could go and get my copy. There was 3 of them in my area I called.

#1 was it should be in their store either Friday or next week, the lady was real talkative and even sounded excited about the book. She didn't know how many copies they were getting as that was controled by their supplier.

#2 B & N said it's suppose to be in their store this week, just waiting on the shipment from the supplier. I asked if I could be put on a list to have a copy held and I got a very cool, yes we can do that.

#3 told me that the book was just released on the 10th and they won't get any copies until after the first of Sept from their supplier.

I guess it's a supplier issue.

I may have to wait a few days longer but I think I will buy my copy from the #1 resource not from #2. I didn't like the cool reception over my inquiry at #2.

I just received a shipment notification early this morning from Amazon.com. So Amazon, at least, has stock and has started shipping.
