This is intriguing...judicial watch appears to be trying to paint the DOD into a corner and force them to support either Kerry or the Swiftvets...a LOT of baggage is coming into play here...

If in fact this reg exists, why not file it again Swift Boat officers? This could get legs real fast if it is filed by a Flag Officer.

It would seem to me (IMHO) that a similar complaint/request for action by
Rear Admiral Roy Hoffmann and Commander Grant Hibbard as his superior officers at the time would carry some weight with the Navy.

What's to loose?

Klayman used to run Judicial Watch. He is running as a republican for senator from Florida.
