This is intriguing...judicial watch appears to be trying to paint the DOD into a corner and force them to support either Kerry or the Swiftvets...a LOT of baggage is coming into play here... |

If in fact this reg exists, why not file it again Swift Boat officers? This could get legs real fast if it is filed by a Flag Officer.
It would seem to me (IMHO) that a similar complaint/request for action by
Rear Admiral Roy Hoffmann and Commander Grant Hibbard as his superior officers at the time would carry some weight with the Navy.
