Has anybody bought an electronic copy of the Kerry book. I heard the site (thenewsoldierbook.com) mentioned on Rush and on a GOPUSA.com message board. The site claims that you can buy a .pdf version of the book for 14.95. The site says this is legal, since once the pictures are removed the material is more than 85% public material which means no copyright protection.

Anyway, I bought it for 14.95. I havent received my e-copy yet. I hope I didn't get scammed but it seemed worth the chance. I know the book contains a lot of Kerry quotes to disprove the "I was only repeating what I heard" argument that his surrogates are trotting out.

I did get the book after about four hours as promised. A series of PDF files. A lot thinner than I thought. It looks like you can download the same thing piece at a time, or read the entire thing online at thewintersoldier.com web site.

Anyway it does have some good quotes to refute those who claim that Kerry was just parroting claims made by others.

all we really need to know about the book is that Kerry tried to buy up all the copies...who was it who said "stupid is as stupid does".

That book cover needs to be made into a poster and displayed everywhere. Kerry attempts to wrap himself in the flag now but it's obvious he's never been much to hold Old Glory in high regard. He's against a bill to ban flag desecretion.
