Maybe I am just not seeing something here, but the First image you have up is for a Bronze Star for March 13, 1969. Then a Silver Star for February 28, 1969 followed by another Bronze Star and then another Silver Star. I still don't see the third Silver Star?

there are 3 versions of the silver, 2 are at kerrys site
another version, which is actually the original is at find law, and is referenced in the first post

yup, it can be confusing
