I'm doing a bit of research...

This concerns the group of veterans that knew John Kerry personally during
his Vietnam tour and are coming forward to say that John is not fit
to be the commander in chief.

Could anybody tell me if reports of this group have made it to the
mainstream media? I realize there was a news conference, but I
was wondering about newspapers? TV reports?

Hannity & Colmes - last night, they played snippets from "Issues & Answers" where John Kerry talked about the war in 1971. John O'Neill was quoted with the opposing view.

Also RADM Hoffman was in a discussion with (I think) the leader of the vetsforkerry group - don't remember his name, just remember that he was obnoxious, talking over other participants.

I've also seen Andy Horne on a television segment since the news conference - might have been H & C for that, as well.

But I'm kind of new to this bb, could you please tell me who the various
names are, like John O'Neill and Andy Horne.
And who is Hannity & Colmes, is it a talk/TV show? What time/channel?

I was hoping for a segment on, say, Fox news or USA Today something.

It's true. There were actually some vets who once met him and have come to believe after listening to Rush that he's a nogoodnik. Nobody should be surprised by this.

One vet who actually served on Kerry's boat *with* Kerry speaks ill of him. But he also calls the Vietnamese "gooks" so he's not very credible. The rest probably didn't know him very well, if at all.
