Sent the following to today@nbc.com

Quote:
Last night at this time I was helping to organize a boycott of 60 Minutes II sponsers because I knew the content of the program to be untrue. And if I knew, they knew. This morning the documents CBS used to pump up their story turn out to be as fraudulant as the guest Bill Barnes.

Each company that aired a commerical during the Bill Barnes segment became part of a boycott. Already we have replies stating they are reconsidering further advertising with the program.

I hear that you plan to have Kitty Kelly on the Today show three different days hawking her new bash Bush book. Sharon Bush has already denounced the content as untrue.

Is NBC choosing to go down the same road CBS has broadcasting and presenting as fact pure propaganda while knowing the content is questionable at best?

I would much rather not have to organize another boycott but if you present lies as facts, I will have no choice. If you have Kitty Kelly on for three days and not have John O'Neill on even once, I will have no choice.

Show us you are ready to take the high road. Interview John O'Neill, his book is on the New York Times best seller list. It is illegitmate journalism that you do not. Ask John Kerry why he won't sign form 180. Ask him if he regrets meeting with the Viet Cog in Paris while he was an Officer in the Navy. It is illegitmate journalism if you do not.

America is tired of being spoon fed propaganda instead of news. Take my word for it or find out the hard way like I suspect CBS will be learning soon.
