According to Kerry Spot (http://www.nationalreview.com/kerry/kerryspot.asp), it seems they're going to be talking to the secrety, who said earlier that the memos were fake but the details were correct . . .

could the delay be the request by Congressman Cox for a Congressional investigation, and that CBS doesn't want to incriminate themselves any further by putting out more false evidence?

They can talk to any secretary they want. Third party opinions (from a secretary???) will not make the documents any more valid. Regardless of what she thinks Killian's opinion was, it doesn't matter. The only thing they have to hang their hat on is forged documents. It would seem that if third party opinion could tip the scales of reality, the CO's wife and son would be more privvy to such information. To which they disagree entirely....

There's no way out for CBS. We're likely to see every possible spin before it's over. But CBS, for the sake of maintaining any form of credibility, should their losses now and dump Rather. I think that's their ownly hope of salvation...

If true, CBS will face another round of fresh questioning about the number of memos they had vs. the number of memos they presented, and why all were not posted.
