To those who were going to watch me on "O'Reilly Factor" tonight:

My appearance was cancelled. My pro-Kerry opponent, 9/11 widow Kristen Breitweiser, backed out of the segment. Breitweiser has been bashing the president for the last three years. I was supposed to appear with her last Thurs. She backed out. The show was going to put me on without her. She begged them not to, saying she was just tired and needed to regroup. They relented and rescheduled for today. I just learned she has backed out again. Here's my take as to why: She states that her support for Kerry is because of his position on Iraq. When challenged as to what that position is, she is left speechless. She knows I'm armed and ready. I am furious with O'Reilly, who is allowing this woman to dictate the content of his show. Meanwhile, after Breitweiser and four other 9/11 widows held a press conference to declare their support for Kerry, he posted on his website that "the 9/11 families" have endorsed him.

We want Kerry to take this lie off his website.

We have 150 family members who have signed to support the president and I believe we'd have thousands more if the media would tell the American people about us.

Please tell everyone you know to sign our letter.

Have you contacted Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh...to name just a couple? You might try working with a good PR firm as well. It worked for the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth.

I am honored to be corresponding with you. You are a true hero. I believe you are the one who spoke at the RNC. (Correct me if I am wrong). You and the other women made the most touching, soulful tribute to the 911 families that I have ever heard.

Again, I am just honored to be on the same webboard as you. You, your brother, and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Your strength and integrity are an inspiration to me and so many others!

I am sorry. Maybe I don't understand. If Brietweiser has backed out twice why is O'Reilly canceling you? If she is a no-show, then too bad. I am so tired of this kind of crap. I promise if you had backed out O'Reily would not have canceled the whole segment. Brietweiser would not have stood for it and would be crying to Chris (spitball) Mathews about how unfair it was. I think O'Reilly is the one we need to be emailing. Who has the address? And while we are at it, lets let Laura Ingraham know also. She really took him on last week.

After hearing Debra speak at the Republican National Convention, it is my personal opinion that she could handle O'Reilly all by HERSELF! She is awesome and her brother, I know, is cheering her on! GO DEBRA!!!

This is extraordinarily sad--I've pretty much kept quiet on the subject on these boards but in my own mind, I've supported O'Reilly's choice to attempt to stay neutral in the case of the CBS dustup and even his right to express his own opinion WRT the Swiftees, though I disagreed with that opinion vehemently--

But this is too much--I'll watch tonight to see if he talks about this issue and, if so, what he has to say--But if it doesn't come up, or if he discusses it but doesn't have a damned good explanation, I'll have to give up on him, as well--

How often has O'Reilly, as well as countless other shows and commentators, presented a story and said in the course of doing so that the other side was invited to present their position but declined?--What in the world is so different about this?--

Acutally, this is very different!--These families of 9-11 victims have been grossly ignored by the "elite media" that Bill decries so often and need and deserve to be heard--Frankly, I'm pretty surprised by this and hope that it is rectified post haste--

This is just shameful--I'm so sorry that you're facing this kind of thing, Debra--You continue to be in my prayers--C

Oh Debra, how frustrating. I sent an email to BOR and in it I said that it appears it is not just Candidate Kerry that has a hard time not flip flopping his positions, but his supporters as well.

"I'll be on. No, I won't. Okay, I am back on. No, I changed my mind."

Hang in there, and I second the suggestion of hiring a PR firm. I wish I knew of one that would be willing to do it pro bono. Can't anyone at the RNC help you?

I will add my email to Fox. I would also you to get intouch with the Bloggers, such as Keyspot, Captainquarters, Powerline and Hughhewitt. I bet that they can help get the message out. And might know a PR Firm. The Bloggers are doing more to grt Swift Boat and Stolen Honor message out than any one else. I would also contact Sean Hannity on his radio show.

Debra, It is an honor to write to you. And support all your efforts. I have sent an email to BOR asking for you to be given opportunity to speak to the American people. The other 911 families can make the appearances in whatever forum and at whatever time they wish. Again you and your familly are in our prayers as are all the 911 families. I will never forget and the sticker on my windshield has been inplace since that awful day as a constant tribute. God Bless, CTW
