Thanks to so many praying for Florida. This year during hurricanes and now the election, we have needed and been graced with so many prayers from so many. Thank you all. Early voting starts here tomorrow so does the fasting and prayer.
Heavenly Father, we pray for clarity in our hearts and minds, clarity in the voting process, peace and love to all. In Jesus Christ Our Savior's Name, Amen.

Calling all to target in prayer these coming days the fraud not just at the polls but the out and out lies such as the Jan. surprise lie, the media is in full swing to discredit, destroy. The head laywer for Kerry announced the only test for filing lawsuits is a Bush win. Because of my schedule I have 2 hours every morn for prayer. Off with food, TV, and my morning talk show. and into the war room with God. Drudge hinted at some very bad things that could come out on a video about our boys in Iraq. Pray for this and all possible schemes to be shut down.

Psalm 88:2 Let our prayers come before you and really enter into Your presence, incline Your ear to our cry. Psalm 91:3 For He will deliver Him from the snare of the fowler and from deadly pestilence. He will cover him with His pinions and in His wings shall He find trust and refuge, His truth and faithfulness are a shield and buckler. Father you are our refuge, you are the refuge of our nation, day and night your precious ones are crying out for this election for the establishment of a righteous man that we may have a righteous nation. We set our face like flint and know we shall not be confused or put to shame for you are on the side of the humble an righteous. Oppose the proud and give grace to the humble this day. Expose every scheme and plan before fruit can be born of them. Let their deceptions be their own slippery slope.

I like the state by state prayer idea. Count me in. States where I have relatives would be: OH,FL,NJ,TN and states where I have lived are: FL,GA(pretty safe bet),CA, OH, MN, NM, and IL. So, I will go with FL,OH,NJ,MN,NM,TN, and IL.
This was part of the Gospel lesson yesterday at church. The sermon was on persistence in prayer. "And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to Him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?" Luke 18:7-8
I love this verse to this hymn, it has been running through my head lately:
Be still, my soul! Thy God doth undertake
To guide the future as He has the past.
Thy hope thy confidence let nothing shake;
All mysterious shall be bright at last.

Members from our church are doing the same..fasting and prayer..we must , be faithful, vigilant, and upbeat..CLAIM the word, it is ours..we can and must be united in our faith, regardless of what we practice..our beliefs that God Almighty will open the eyes and hearts of the American voter this year..our country's future is at stake..and I do not say that to be dramatic..I say it because it is the truth..

I would also like to be put on the list for NJ..I have a belief that this time around NJ will be RED..

PS) Let's come up with some scripture for the time at hand..I do find it soothing and comforting to be claiming the word as I pray..thanks..
