Is it just a coincidence that he wants the ads stopped just before that new movie ("Up the River") comes out which supposedly lauds his service heroism again?

I think you're right. I think Kerry is running low on money. One thing that has not hit the MSM (and has only been mentioned in passing on the blogs) is that Kerry has dumped most of his remaining resources into Florida.

Bad idea with the hurricanes and such. It is especially a bad idea if Bush takes Minnesota (and it looks like he will) since Iowa and Wis are already going for Bush.

I will take it very personally if Kerry looks like he's going to win Florida. I will have to strip naked, paint myself red white and blue, climb to the top of the capital building and sing the national anthem while holding a sign that reads JFnK SIGN THE 180!

Now, this would not be a pretty sight but it would get plenty of attention. I Really Really don't want to have to go there though so lets hope it doesn't look like it's going Kerry in Florida.

Wow. I'm stunned by that. I can't believe he has the nerve to say Bush has no record to run on. Is Kerry clinically retarded? The same Kerry that's missed a massive chunk of important meetings by the Senate pertaining to our national security? The same ******* that voted against several key weapons systems? I'm dumbfounded here.

Bush has proposed, participated and passed quite a bit of legislation and has quite a bit of things to claim he had his hands in. Positive things.

What does sKerry have?

Please, someone list something positive to this nation that Kerry has contributed to.

How he can say Bush has no record when day after day after day Bush does nothing but talk about his record over the last 4 years and how hes going to do even more to improve america. At least Bush has a record of accomplishing something even if it doesnt always work out 100% the way he intended. Kerry's record is voting against important stuff and never once introducing policy of his own. Is Bush supposed to mention mistakes he made? why should he?

Kerry has been saying Bush is a flip-flopper, has no record to stand on, and is using scare tactics.
Now, if Bush will just say Kerry is an incurious unilateralist cowboy, the surreal circle of insanity can be complete.

It seems to me that one of the oldest tactics used by the Communists is that when they are getting their butts kicked they always call for a cease-fire and negotiations. Kinda sounds like what Kerry is saying, dosen't it?

What they do next is drag out peace talks, negotiations, etc. until they have rebuilt their strength. I remember in Paris, the North Vietnamese and VC argued for months just on the shape of the table!
When they are strong enough, they walk out of the "Peace Talks" and resume fighting.
They did this in China, Korea, Vietnam, Nicaragua, The Balkans, Iraq 1, and Iraq II (the Baath party was a Communist trained and equipped Socialist party was it not?).
The way we defeat them is to keep pouring on the fire until they are defeated, then peace talks only need consist of saying "sign the surrender document ---> here!"
Keep blasting the message out about Kerry as his campaign crumbles and he will wake up on 11/03/2004 on the ash heap of history.

OK, Kerry, you mean like, no WMD’s, allow inspectors to finish, the occupation’s going badly, Iraq is Vietnam, reporting for duty, Christmas in Cambodia is seared, seared, NOT in Kansas City, not medals, ribbons, someone else’s medals, Bush was AWOL, Bush was a draft dodger, wrong, wrong, wrong, liar, liar, pants on fire, more trash doing dirty work, vast right-wing conspiracy, move on, get over it?

Just sign the form. Take a position. We'll take it from there.

I love this! I used to work for the sales tax dept at a local city.... we had a special letter for certain non paying businesses - called the LLPOF letter -
LIAR, LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! I'd love that in an ad - with Kerry and his pants on fire!!!!

Kerry is a whiner and cry baby just like others have said. He makes himself look ridiculous especially in contrast to how GW has handled the attacks on him, like a man, with class, and presidential status. There could be no greater contrast between these two people's character!

I thought half the people in Florida did not have electricity and the rest are too busy standing in line for food and ice --- so spend your money buying ads that can't reach anyone --- again another example of the clear thinking and leadership a Kerry administration would offer

Hammer2 nailed it. Every time a war gets heated up Kerry's right there bellowing retreat.

What pun?
