I'm in for five bucks any time he names a random, un-famous person in Clinton style, with the caveat that it has to be by name.

Ex: "I met Billy Bucky (ex-Marine) of Blankridge, Ark, and he had a stem-cell research project that cured both Parkinson's, Teddy Kennedy's drinking fixation, and no-bid contracts in Iraq. This fine gentleman only makes $199,999 a year taxable income, so our tax-increase on the wealthiest Americans will not effect Billy's tax liability. Semper Fi, Billy!"

I'm a hedge bettor, so I'm gonna say I'll give a paltry quarter for everytime he says "wealthiest". He's gonna say it a lot.

I was in for 25 bones for the last one... c'mon people!
