I agree that it does not seem in character for UBL to pass up so many
opportunities to gloat and that lends credence to the argument that
he could be dead. If he were buried in one of the caves of Tora Bora,
we might never find his body. It might also be that he is too ill to
present a very inspirational figure in a video. I heard recently that
he had been seen in Iran sometime in 2003, which, if true, would mean
that he is not buried in a cave somewhere in Tora Bora. We may never
know what happened to him. When you consider the big picture, it
really does not matter where he is. He is totally impotent. The Dems
just keep bringing him up as evidence of GWB's "failure" in conducting
the war on terror. It is only because they do not understand that the
war on terror is much more than one man and that the US has never
stopped looking for UBL even while they are conducting the war in
Iraq. It's like they don't think our military can handle more than one
task at a time. BTW, I do not think that GWB would keep OBL's death
a secret if the US actually had irrefutable proof that he was dead.

We know that he has been in the mountains of Pakistan (not all, but most of the time) for many months. Our special forces have been over the border a couple of times (of course they were lost Wink

). We have to be careful, our troops know what they are doing. I think he could very well be dead now or at least very ill. We don't need everyone looking over our guy's shoulders in Afghanistan like they are in Iraq, keep the pressure off.

It would make no differane if the bag of barf were dead,. There needs to be a world concensus that Terrorism is not worth it.
