He wouldn't dare run again. It will eventually sink into his peanut brain that he is a looser and that Americans do not want him or his treasonous, traitor ways. The Swift Vets would never let him live down the betrayal of the 1971 senate hearings. What he did was beyond unforgivable and the fact that he could not even see what he did wrong and at the very least attempt to make an apology only proves how classless a cad he truly is. Mad

Regardless of those of us who feel Kerry won't or shouldn't run in 2008, I just heard (Tuesday AM) on Fox and Friends that he WAS considering a 2008 run.

Kerry apparently mentioned it to some of his advisors, using the reasoning that he'd received the second most votes in Presidential history.

Kerry longs (lusts?) to be known as the next JFK, and a loss in 2004 may not matter to him.

He may not push the war hero bit the next time around, but his post-Vietnam activities MUST be pursued, exposed, and exploited.

Roll on Swift Vets, POWs, and all veterans.

I respectfully disagree. How many Presidents were defeated one time, only to come back and win a later election?

There's precedent and Kerry is clueless, in terms of his lies and deceptions. He's repeated them so often that he, and 50-some million voters, bought into them hook, line and sinker.

The only way he'll be stopped is if he's convinced to release all of his military records. He should have nothing to hide, after all.

If there's a hint of a less than honorable discharge, he might be disqualified from running.

If the petition to charge him with treason gains any ground, that'd stop him too.

Nothing stopped on Nov 3. We just have four more years to expose Kerry for what he is, or Michael Moore, Barbara Streisland, and Ben Affleck will be dancing in the streets in 2008.

Grover Cleveland servred two non-conseutive terms. Outside of Richard Nixon, in recent history who else ran and lost and later won?? Only two Senators have been elected to the Presidency straight out of the Senate in the past 100 years. Nixon had been VP for 8 years and was popular. He only lost 1960 by 100,000 popular votes. He built a base and ran a definative campaign managed by John Mitchell. Right now, the Clintonistas own the party, Kerry is out with no hand on power and they have no organization. Kerry's campaign was inept, run by Clintonoids and he is no manager. He has no record. Had not Howard Dean inploded, he would have faded. Kerry generates no enthusiams. Keery is a has been.
