Sorry, I took a break but I'm back.
Whatever the rule is about the sec. gen. it can always be changed to fit the next sec. gen. I wonder if having a corrupt son is part of the requirement.
This is, in my opinion, another ploy in Kerry's campaign: Don,t like the UN deciding where US troops go? A vote for Kerry is a vote for Clinton at the UN.
Let's see, would thak make Clinton Kerry's boss or the other way. Either way it sounds like Clinton is just as corrupt as Kofi & Co, wanting to fill his shoes and all.
