Whatever we find to replace the current IRS Amos would be better than the hundreds of billions we spend each year for the IRS, Tax Preparers, Attorneys and other costs associated with paying and collecting taxes. When the overhead is cut and Taxes move smoothly into the Treasury the amount of tax needed to support the government or bring down deficits is reduced.

I'll Bite. In my book Clinton is last. I can't picture anyone one more morally debased. There were Presidents more inept and uninspiring, but I can't conjure one more morally bankrupt.

Disagree. Nixon was a far better man than Slick Willy and had accomplishments of significance. Clinton was a total disgrace.
