My background is legal history and theory rather than the law itself, but the only crime I'm aware of without a statute of limitations is murder.

I was refering to Kansas City where he conspired to assinate US Senators. I would like to know if there is a statute of limitations on Treason. I don't think that there is. Semper Fi.

I know that there isn't one on war crimes which Kerry admitted that he commited.
