OK, craig, see if you can come up with a reason to vote For Kerry instead of AGAINST Bush without using Kerry's website.

This ought to be easy. Why is it so hard? Check with some of your cohorts. Maybe, if you put your heads together, you can come up with at least one original thought.

So - you fancy to impose some silly game that you make the rules.
Cute. Wink
An I don't have any cohorts.

Now I have a challenge for you. Take a stong laxative to clean out your system and come back and see if you can communicate like an adult person rather than your sorry attempts at insult.
Or maybe try to come up with a "Truth" - even when some of you Republican or Kerry hating scamps have managed to mention some truth you managed to bury it in a volume of BS.

Oh - and I would be unlikely to post stuff from Kerry's site. I looked at some of it and didn't find it all that interesting. There was some Kerry supporter site that I'd found a little less uninteresting but I didn't keep the URL

Sorry dudes, I'm just enjoying the theme of this website too much -- Kerry's service -- to get sidetracked.

I can understand why you want "to go there" though. The whole "Kerry is a traitor" thing isn't selling.

Latest Electoral College Update: Bush now leads Kerry 297-241

Something is selling, eh?

Going to be a picnic with all the false statements Kerry has made, say October start running full page Ad's with Kerry claiming to have supported bills he voted against...saying he didn't own a SUV, then saying, OK I did, but I sold it.....then later saying I own a BIG SUV and drive it in Washington....

People will get the idea they are being bullshited for a cheap shot at the WH.

297-241? Strange. That's exactly what this blog showed last March:
http://leftcenterandright.blogspot.com/2004_03_01_leftcenterandright_archive.html

When it comes to posts that provide links for sources Very Happy , Kerry is winning hands down:

http://www.electionprojection.com/elections2004.html

Current Tally - 05/15/04

2000 Adjustment: Bush -2.39%

EV's: Bush 211, Kerry 327

Pct: Bush 45.48%, Kerry 52.69%

Man, Bush is getting trounced!

No Cigar! Bush is leading in Michigan which puts the tally at Bush 297 and Kerry 241.

More disturbing for Kerry is the fact El Paso, a democratic stronghold which Gore won easily by 16 points I think it was) over Bush in 2000 has a new poll out that has Kerry/Bush tied! That spells doom for Kerry because as more people learn about him in the coming months his numbers going down, not up, and add the fact he is not gaining any ground with the worst of the worst going on for Bush means he is going to be toast.

You need to get a grip, Craig .

This is a simple task. Why don't you see if you can master it.

It's a simple question.

Give me or anyone else that's interested one good reason to vote FOR your hero instead of AGAINST Bush.

Almost forgot.

I posed the question on this thread. If you don't want to deal with the subject, post on another thread.

As Walt would say "Thatisall !

I thought it was strange that Bush could be doing so dismal in the polls yet still have a lead in the electoral college, but after the last election, I didn't rule it out.

Bandit, I showed you my source for the numbers. Where's yours?

carpro,
I wish I could answer these questions,but can't.
I can however refer you to the Constitution of the United States in where you will find none of the items you have concern with fall under the powers of the president. These are all within the province of congress.
Try to separate out the responsibilities of the legistrative from the executive branches of our government in choosing who to vote for.
i.e.: The president doesn't raise or lower taxes, congress does. The president's powers are very limited really. Ask yourself who really is charge of the things for which you express concern .I believe you will find it is congress.

Then WHY do the Liberals accuse Bush of attacking Social Security, Veterans Benefits, Overtime Pay and a host of other things that HE has no control over? OH, I see, it only applies to Republican Presidents when the Democrats want to get their candidate into power.

Bush is doing great!

The reason why is his supporters know why they want to vote for him.

Kerry's supporters can't find anything good to say about their candidate.

Just want to talk about bad ole Bush, not good ole Kerry.

There are so many VN Veterans sites against jkf and I have not found one for him, except for the VVAW. As far as the people that support him and defend him, try this one for for his biggest supporter teddy K. http://www.ytedk.com/intro.htm I want to see how this "accident" happened and how you defend teddy's actions or Bobby's or big JFK and with they way they womanized and now tell me how teddy can preach any moral values to any US person? jfk junior does not realize the wrath that the Vietnam Veteran or Swift boat Veteran will have against his election.

OK, this will be my last attempt to get any Bush Basher out there to give me, or anybody else reading her, a reason to vote FOR Kerry and not Against Bush.

Craig?
Sparky?
Mikest?
Nolan?
Academicanarchist?
ROTC Dad?
Black Francis?

If I left anybody out, I truly apologoze. I guess that means you have to hate Bush a little harder.

I just received a private message from some intrepid soul that finally told me why they were voting FOR Kerry.

He is a Democrat and so is Kerry.

That's still not a reason for me to vote for Kerry but at least I found one Kerry supporter who knew what he was doing and why.

I congratulate him.

Carpro, I think that's reason, for the majority that support Kerry - because he's a democrat, or "ABB" anybody but Bush

I have met many Kerry supporters that are involved in his campaign, and what I don't see
from them is a lot of passion for the candidate himself.

To those that think this issue is politcal, for myself, I can say it isnt. And I know that's the same for many many others. I am an Independant, that did vote for Bush. However I was looking for another candidate this election , and joined the campaign of John Edwards. Had to register Dem so I could vote for my candidate in the primary. When Edwards dropped out, and many of his supporters moved over to Kerry camp, myself, and others, could not follow.

I couldn't support Kerry because of his actions after Vietnam. So, if Kerry is the nominee, my vote will go to Bush. This isnt about Dems or Repubs, it's about the MAN Kerry himself.

As for Kerry's supporters, they had a hard time bringing in the Dean camp, and our Edwards camp to their campaign. I remember we asked them the same questions - why do you support Kerry - and the replies were bland as pablum.
I still visit the old Edwards campaign blog from time to time, and there are a some still there with that buyers remorse, that will be voting for Kerry ONLY because he's a Dem, although some threaten to vote Nader, or not vote at all.

carpro,

I can give you a million reasons not to vote for Bush. And that's just the people who have lost their jobs. Bush is the first President since Herbert Hoover who has negative job growth. This includes Carter, Reagan, Ford, Bush 1, Clinton, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon Truman, and Roosevelt (obviously not in that order).

This does not include turning us away from our true target of Al Qeada and bin Laden so that he could go after Saddam Hussein. Nor does it include tax cuts for the wealthy as opposed to the middle class. Or an energy policy which had as its major advisors chiefs of Enron Corporation and all the major oil companies, but no one from any of the environmental organizations. Nor the Administration's penchant for taking credit for programs and activities which they tried to cut but could not and now find that they are doing what they were supposed to. Or even the illegal activities of this Administration.

Geez, I could be at this all day. So I'm not voting for Bush. I think I've made that fairly clear.
