If the facts show that Sandy Berger really did secret documents in either his sox or down his pants, or both, then with out question he needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Trying to rewrite/spin history in the midst of investigating one of the two most serious attacks on U. S. soil with the largest civilian toll in history.... this is treason. We are in a war and he would have been attempting to prevent those entrusted with discovering the truth from getting at the facts.

To be sure with the Clinton admin. and many of their allies in the Democratic party would see this as only a 'political' ploy. So was Watergate, and after Richard Clark and Gorreleck and Bennovista already destroyed the commissions credibility the surviving families of the 911 victims deserve better. Start with a discrete investigation of Berger and if the facts show he was intentionally misleading and hiding/stealing national security documents then try him for treason. No need to execute him, but serious jail time.

I think you'd soon see better performance from people put in such extraordinary positions of trust who 'choose' to abuse that sacred trust.

It speaks volumes Berger was on Kerry's team allong with Joe Willson, both droped by kerry only because they have been caught in their Lies.
