I am trying to organize a Parade in Detroit for October 30, 2004. The parade will start at the corner of 12th Street and W. Grand Blvd and proceed east to the corner of W. Grand Blvd and John C. Lodge Freeway. This is the site of the Winter Soldiers Investigation. I have invited both campaigns to take part in the Parade and schedule a debate from this site. The parade will begin at 10:00 A.M.. This is a Welcome Home Parade for all Vietnam Era Vets.
