I rcvd an e mail today and am going to paraphrase it as short as poss. I can forward the actual e mail to anyone interested. It refers to the fact that Kerry did nt rcv an HONORABLE discharge until 03/12/01!! WHY and WHERE are his service records and the records of the appeals to get it chgd to honorable??According to this e mail he was under the UCMJ as well as being obligated to 48 drills and 17 days of active duty training per yr. WHERE ARE THOSE FILES?? Pres. Bush sure had to show his!! It also points out several "crimes" he committed as a Ready Reservist and ldr of Viet Nam Vets Against the War:
1) Lt Kerry attended many rallies where the VietCong flag was displayed while our flag was desecrated, defiled and mocked.."thereby giving aid and comfort to the enemy."
2) He was involvced in a mtg that voted on assassinating members of the US Senate
3)He lied under oath agnst fellow soldiers b4 the Senate abt crimes committed in VietNam
4)He professed being a WAR CRIMINAL on national TV and condemned the US military
5) He met w/the NVA and VC ldrs in Paris in direct violation of UCMJ and the US Constitution. Several more are listed.
If by chance the a partial note gopt submitted please disregard.

This is an "urban myth" and has been discussed here in detail.

Short answer: candidate Kerry received an honorable discharge in '78.
