Apparently ABC News went to Vietnam and interviewed old Viet Cong. They remember everything like it was yesterday. Yea.

I suspect the villagers were briefed in advance about ABC's visit.

Approximately two months ago they showed the vietnamese community in California. Bush signs were everywhere. The refuges who made it out in the air lifts " have not forgotten." They despise John Kerry. You won't see this on the News today. Fox reported it early on, haven't seen it repeated for viewing.

The Vietnamese government initially rejected Nightline's request to visit the village, saying they did not want to somehow influence the U.S. presidential election. Once Nightline explained that the intention was to simply find out what the Vietnamese people remember and think of what happened there, permission was granted.

...and if you think they wouldn't help their old Vietnam war "Hee-row" (whose picture hangs in a place of honor in their museum) any way they could to get elected President of the USA, take your pick of these deeds for the Brooklyn and Golden Gate bridges, with the Staten Island Ferry thrown in for free.

...all that's missing is Dan Rather in camos.

man that was bad...
"Why would a vietnamese peasant say that?"

uh, Kerry is a hero to the communists...
His first cousin made a bunch of money for himself, fjk, and the red leaders.
Kerry has a few Swift buddies getting rich over there right now in electrical engineering. Lighting up large portions of the country.
The red goverment of VN hates Bush... almost as much as ABC does.

That's just off the top of my head.
