I see where persons post polls, like ABC and others showing Bush in the lead. I think there is misinformation being passed to us, to make us think things are going great. Take the oposite approach and think of us being behind in the polls and keep up the fight and continue talking and asking people to get out and vote and tell them what jfk stands for, and then ask them what he stands for? I think the media and people are trying to lull us to inaction and some are making posts on this site.

Right there with you, Terry!

Evil can disguise itself in anything it chooses to - complacency would be a perfect hideout. And it truly would be evil for this pretender to make it to the Presidency of these United States.

Fight for every vote right through election day!

Like I keep saying, the only poll that counts is the one we will read November 3.

Exactly think of it as a boxing match you don't stop hammering on your opponent until the dude flops over with his eyes sunk back into his head!
That is exactly what we need to do to Kerry no TKO's just a full and complete KO!

If you really want polls, right, wrong, biased and unbiased there's a polls summary at RealClearPolitics.com that lists just about all of them on one page. The problem is which one to put any faith in.
Here's the link:

Saw on FOX a couple of days ago an interview with Zogby. The Zogby poll put Bush ahead by 3 points. Before the last debate, the Zogby poll had him behind by 4 points. Zogby himself called this is a 7-point shift toward Bush. The interviewer pointed out that Zogby has consistently come in correctly on the winner within 1/2 of 1% on the last several presidential elections.

So if you're going to watch a poll, perhaps this is the one to watch.

This guy is an engineer and is using his knowledge associated with signals to come up with a interesting hypothosis: That the polls are being manipulated at times.

The recent polls caused my blood pressure go up and down, flip and flop.

I predicted after November 2nd, the party of treason will tried to change the election again.

There is no difference between the left and the terrorist.

God bless America, past, present and always.

Intrade.com the betting side or futures side, take your pick, today is showing Bush to win 54.8(+1.6) and Kerry to win 45.5(-1.3). Ohio is showing 54.3 for Bush (-1.8 ), so needs our push in Ohio. Iowa re Bush win 56 (+2.5) and Florida 64.3, no change. Bush to win popular vote 53.0 (+1.1) and Kerry at 47 (-1.3).
Don't know if betting and futures are following the polls or v.v., but looks steady for Bush at moment but needs Ohio!! I tend to trust the betting as folks are betting their money not mouths.
Need big train re Bush in Ohio!!

Not sure you all saw this but CBS put this out and admittted the Dems padded the online polls..

Dems' Online Coup D'état

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2004

(CBS) By David Paul Kuhn,
CBSNews.com Chief Political Writer
In an effort to manage the message, Democrats bombarded media websites with post-debate spin immediately following Thursday's Bush-Kerry face-off in Florida – and it apppears to have paid off.

In a survey of non-scientific online polls done by ten major media sites, Sen. John Kerry was running about 20 points better than in traditional, scientific polls. Though Kerry was solidly ahead in three traditional polls as well, in the online polls he was a landslide winner.

In an email prior to the debate, Democratic National Committee Chairman Terry McAuliffe urged the party faithful to "vote in online polls" as soon as the debate ended. . . .

http://cbsnews.cbs.com/stories/2004/10/01/politics/main646915.shtml

I imagine it would be too much of an effort for CBS to have someone with knowledge look into utilizing proxies to click click click away.. to inflate the effort.

Nah, the Dems are a force to be reckoned with instead..
