I've been quiet for a while...I do that when I'm chewing something over in my mind.

Many times people have mentioned that a sort of Civil War/Revolutionary War is going on over the internet right now. That to an extent is true, however I feel its much more pervasive than we imagine it to be.

With the advent of Kerry announcing he will claim victory no matter what, it brings to light what is so horrific that most people shy away from. Some have said that President Bush will be forced to declare martial law, others that he will simply have to be strong in insistance, others say to rely on our judges.

Ladies and Gentlemen, even if our president were to win with an 80 to 20 ratio, we will have a problem no matter what.

The violence that has been reported falls under a percentage. Like an Iceburg only a tiny percent of what you see on the surface can represent what is below.

I fear for our President Ladies and Gentlemen, I fear for our country.

We can no longer shy away from the reality of the situation. There WILL be rioting, there WILL be drive by shootings, there WILL be beatings and vandalism.

I would not be surprised if Mr. Kerry decided to beard our Eagle in his nest at the White House.

Our President is a thoughtful and caring man. His heart is huge, things touch him and he is unafraid to show that. He is strong of will, but still able to bend to compromise if the occasion calls for it.

He truly cares for this country.

What I fear, is that he will step down rather than allow this sort of violence. That his huge heart won't allow him to stand and fight, because of the agony it will cause this country.

I was reading www.civilwar.com ...who by the way shows support for SBVT as a link prominently displayed on the bottom of their opening page.

As I was reading and refreshing over it, something struck me like a hammer to the chest.

1861, July 4 - Lincoln, in a speech to Congress, states the war is..."a People's contest... a struggle for maintaining in the world, that form, and substance of government, whose leading object is, to elevate the condition of men..." The Congress authorizes a call for 500,000 men.

Please bear with me, I'm a little bit emotional as I write this. So many things are going though my head.

"All men are created equal"
"In God we trust"
"I pledge allegiance" (Written close to thirty years after the war)
"Women Voting"

(Excerpt from information on the 19th amendment)
--
By late August 1920, the required number of states had ratified what became the 19th Amendment. The amendment says, "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex."

The 19th Amendment to the Constitution, which became law on Aug. 26, 1920, gave women the right to vote in all elections.
--

It's only been 84 years since that right was won, a single persons lifetime.

We are such a young nation, still having growing pains. Internal wars are not unusual for such a young nation, but as the world progresses around us the form of these "wars" change.

I have no idea how this will progress, but I'm positive it will be in an unprecedented way.

Our Declaration of Independence http://www.law.indiana.edu/uslawdocs/declaration.html
July 4, 1776

This was only 228 years ago.
The time it takes 5 men to reach 45 years old.

We as Americans have a bloody history. At most all times we have been fighting somewhere in the world. Many of us are the decendants of the Brave who came to these shores to start a new life for their families. Who risked death, disease and poverty to eke out a better existance.

For Freedom

My Uncle Richard Skeen is on the wall in Washington.
http://www.pownetwork.org/bios/s/s399.htm
He died when my mother was carrying me, he was my fathers uncle.

I never had the honor of meeting him, yet I have a small black and white picture of him put away in a safe place.

He went missing fighting for freedom, his body has never been recovered and up until the day my grandmother died (his sister) she never wanted to believe he was gone.

I suppose the true point of this post is this,
It's no longer a matter of an election being at risk. In my view it's our entire way of life.

I too share your fear and concern about our divided nation and the possibility of a civil war or rioting and violence when Kerry loses. He's as much as said that he's going to declare himself the president no matter what happens. That WILL spell civil war.

But NEVER FEAR. The military will not follow Kerry.....and the rednecks have all the guns. All we gotta do is pick off the pansy a$$ed wackjobs one by one.

But you're right, I really don't know what Kerry is capable of. He's a genuine headcase. I'm sure Bush is on top of this and has a plan in place. I don't believe for a minute he would step down and let Kerry assume power.......and I say that because I know how much he does love this country. He would know that Kerry would destroy it. He would fight and the military and patriotic Americans would fight with him. Kerry would be an utter fool to attempt such a coup.

Lock and load..........

There is only one way to approach the potential for violence from the Left.....Bring em on!

No way in H E double hockeysticks Bush would step down to capitulate to a coup by left. The military is loyal to him. The Kerryites would be creamed very quickly. And such violence would energize the right so much the Lefty revolutionaries would wish they were never born.

The main violence will likely be dueling lawyers, bruised irate typing fingers, spray paint, maybe broken windows.

After all, the left is anti-gun-- what are they gonna use for a coup-- SPITBALLS?

I have been following the blogging activity for about 3-5 hours a day (essentially my entire sparetime) the last two weeks, both our sites and the loonie lefties and I can only say this.

THE HATRED, ANGER AND AGRESSION AMONG THE LEFT IS UNPRECEDENTED.

I think any conservative person with some history in mind should know that the most extreme violence and agression have been directed and perpetrated by socialist and extreme leftists, whether it is Stalin, Lenin, Trotski, Hitler or Mussolini. And I could add on with Pol Pot, Dhengis Khan and Ho Chi Minh without even talking about Mao (a website in its own).

The problem with us conservatives is that we equate our WILL to implement organized force of arms (military) with the will to fight!! THIS IS A GRAVE RECIPE FOR DISASTER!! The russian middleclass of 1916 said there would never be a revolution since all the force was in the military and at war. AND YET THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION CAME..

THe chinese self-owning peasant of 1932 never thoguth Mao would win any power. Pol Pot had only miniscule support among most Cambodian farmers early on.

I see sooo many historical parallells to the development in this election. Already, the violence and hatred is unprecedented and beyond anything we have ever seen in American politics. First of all, information flows so fast that you can get a viewpoint and complete infor to chhoose sides within an hour!! The independence war kept many people out of taking a stance simply because they never were informed about the big pictures.

I think the left expected to get an edge on internet and blogging and early on it looked that way, but the fact is that the left still depends heavily upon their mainstream media, while blogging is our most potent tools.

I can sense the anger and hatred everywhere nowdays, from the first moment I sit in the car at 0600 until I check out Yahoo and Moveon.org in the evening.

Even Theresa Heinz latest nasty attack upon our dear Laura is met with nothing but a shrug by these devils and i think there is plenty more to come.

Let us all just stay awake and don't behave like the Ukrainian farmers in 1916.... And if you all think the left doesn't have the arms, means or will to deal out the most extreme wars, it will be known that history repeats itself.

I feel the same way! People we are in a revolution, an electronic one where the battles are fought at the speed of light. Just because no bullets are flying should you get the idea that we “The Pajamahadeen” Very Happy do not wield significant power.
Do you think for a second that the CBS’s forgeries would have been revealed if we had not all been working together?

People whether you realize it or not we are not just a bunch of individuals, we are an army, the world’s largest army. We have the power to relentlessly pursue an enemy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year! To an opponent we must seem to never tire, never relent, and never yield! That’s why they are throwing everything at us, every lie, every deception, and every low down dirty trick. We are the A-10 Warthog to their anti aircraft fire! They see us take hits, they see the damage and then they see us turn and come back for more!

And you know what “THEY ARE SCARED!” they know we wield a great power and it’s not just the power of free unrelenting speech. We come from all walks of life, we each have our own skills, some are teachers, some are lawyers, some are doctors, some are machinists, and some are computer and network technicians….

Yes we can fight with bullets, or our fists or other weapons. But if we have to we can also fight on an electronic battlefield, a battlefield with no boundaries and very, very, very limited security measures.

1) Money is equal to 0010110100111
2) Your ID is equal to 11011100110
3) Everything about you is equal to 01010111000

It can be changed with a mouse click…..

Do they really want to fight us?
Do they really want to loose everything in a nanosecond?

Would George Soros care to go from billionaire to popper in the blink of an eye?

I don’t think so Very Happy
And you know what I hope they are reading this Evil or Very Mad

This is very interesting. I have had many friends say the same thing. I just laughed it off and thought: "NO WAY, NOT IN THE USA."
But the more I read and see what is happening, this may come true.

I would have to agree with you.
The liberal commies will lie, cheat, steal, and kill. So Kerry wins. They hate Bush so much, breaking laws and scare tactics are nothing to them. So many young people don't even know who Kerry's running mate is or what he stands for. They are just anti-Bush. What the real problems that we are going to have is. That Kerry today said, that "every vote counts" and he is going to make sure of that. Even if its illegal. Destroying signs, breaking peoples arms, raiding campaign offices and breaking windows and stealing computers. This is only the tip of the iceberg.
Kerry has a 210 lawyer team he calls. (THE DREAM TEAM). These guys are poised and ready to jump on any state or voting precinct where people just show up to vote but never registered and they are felons, plus false IDs.
Not only will they do everything in their power to win, but they are going to turn the tables and say Republician are the ones trying to steal the election. MARK MY WORDS they will do this.. Kerry now has TEN THOUSAND!!! lawyers working on how to win a vote and destroy voters rights.
Get ready for the fight of your lives folks.
Get out and vote and get your people to vote. This truly is a lifetime event that we must not let pass by. I'm with you vets and pray daily about this deep H###hole that are country is about to fall in.

azpatriot - Right on! Twisted Evil I think they are scared, and that's why all the wild rhetoric. There's a lot of stuff sitting out there, I think, that's going to break lose in the next week. Navy Chief has been hiding, and that usually means he's up to something. Actually, I think he might be up to a couple of things. Aristotle the Hun has been working on something too. I'm also sure the RNC and White House have some things up their sleeves. What was the battle cry that JK appropriated for himself? "Bring it on!" We can do this. Twisted Evil

I don't know much about history but I do know there was a certain war that was going on in 1916 that involved Russia that helped the Bolsheviks get their way.

The US and especially its great history, and the mindset of those loyal to it is far different than Russia in 1916, whose only history was darkness and sadness and certainly not one of freedom and democracy. The Russians were used to being oppressed, they just exchanged one bad boss for a worse one.

You tell me where today's left has the arms to go against our military and police? Yes they have lawyers and union thugs but that can only go so far. Also, many on the left who want Bush out would suddenly become terrified of an all out clash....they do not have the stomach for it...they would abandon their lefty collaborators. The actual number of loyal lefties willing to die for their cause is quite small....most of what you see on the websites is a lot of hot air, blather, and drivel.

And even if you are right I say once more.....the only viable approach to deal with this is to BRING EM ON!

Got any other suggestions for how to deal with it?
