Found this here. http://ice.he.net/~freepnet/fbifiles/100-HQ-451697/Section%2001/Section%2001.pdf

This was June 69 as far as I can tell.

Do you have the redacted paper or just an image or xerox copy? If you have the paper some things to try are:
1 take an image of the back. You might see printthrough by adj. contract of the image and making it a negative.
2. as in 1 but shine a very bright light through the paper.
3. as in 1 but take picture with intrared film and filter. A photo shop might do this for you.

The presumed date, June '69, the Air Force and the location say it's not Kerry.

"...assigned to Sixty-Third Air Squadron" read page two before the redaction.

I see no reason to be discussing the 63rd Air Squadron

I don't know.... what if this AF person was at antiwar protests with Kerry?

why would he/she be court martialed and not Kerry?

what about when Kerry was to go to Gridley or was it Swiftboat school and he didn't show up for about a month or so? didn't get there until late Oct? was due there much earlier....

My questions about this are like Stevies. Why was this guy court martialed yet Kerry wasn't? Why is this in the VVAW FBI files released under FOI?
It's got something to do with VVAW if not Kerry himself.

Any one have a list of members of VVAW? I have seen some lists of those active then and now. I think it is at the IVAW site, in fact.
Is there a record of court martials during a given time period that is not protected?

Call Senator John Warner (Virginia). My mother in Va. called all those offices that someone generously listed here and asked for him to divulge information he has regarding all the questions of Kerry's discharge, etc.

We can spin our wheels all we want but to get the BIG BOMB to drop it will take a respected reporter (oxymoron??) and a big story break. NEVER have I seen so much dirt, factual dirt, be thrown on a candidate and they stay in the race. NEVER. CTW

So was there a protest in that city? Newspaper archives should show that! There must be a record of the official who would have been in charge of such. Where are those records kept? I think newspaper and TV archives would reveal some information.

I looked at all the FBI files referenced in the initial post here. Perhaps there was a follow up in the FBI file? I don't know off hand. CTW
