CIA/FBI authenticate the Al Qaeda tape. ABC still won't report/broadcast any part of it.

"ABCNEWS obtained the tape from a source in Waziristan, Pakistan over the weekend. The network has withheld airing it, initially citing concerns over its authenticity.

One senior federal official alleged ABCNEWS is now holding back from broadcasting any portion of the video out of fear it will be seen as a political move by the network during election week.

One ABC source, who demanded anonymity, said Thursday morning, the network was struggling to find a correct journalistic "balance."

"This is not something you just throw out there while people are voting," the ABC source explained."

It's perfectly okay to spring a missing weapons myth into an atmosphere in which people are voting.

It's perfectly okay to ignore the documentary evidence that Kerry carried water for Madame Binh, herself and brought communist propaganda back to our own Congress and our own populace under the guise of his own opinions in an atmosphere where people are voting.

But, it's not okay to air a terror threat that has been made against the people of the United States in an atmosphere in which people are voting.

We all know what an effect a terror threat is likely to have on the electorate - not as strong as a true terrorist activity, granted, but we Americans don't take kindly to threats and manipulation.

It's time for the CIA or the FBI to release this tape to all the other networks - I wonder how many FOIA requests have already been made?
