Yes, folks here in "Liberal Massachusetts" John Fng Kerry has lost in a mock Eleection held in my sons School.
Why is this a big deal? Maybe because kids are most likely voting the way their Parents feel for the most part. Tells me Johny Boys not going to get as big a Win even here in Mass!
The fight is well under way! Take it to him people!

Kerry has lost in the two school districts that our paper covers in Ohio. The paper also endorsed the President.

The "Weekly Reader", a national school publication, holds a mock election for every presidential election year and has missed only once since the thing started many years ago. The miss was the '92 Clinton/Bush 41 contest. This year's election was won by Bush by a large margin.

RE: The Weekly Reader Election. Thought I heard or read it was in grades 1 - 12 and all grades except grade 11 (presume that would be Junior year) was won by President Bush. Amazing this poll/election has been accurate except for 1992.

angelnoel -

Someone remarked that the eleventh grade is about the point where a child can be expected to do the opposite of what his/her parents do. A good sign!
