The Appeals Court has just said that the GOP can challenge voter authenticity because there is so much voter fraud. This overturns the Clinton's judge decision earlier this week.

FoxNews has just released this info. The Dems would have to appeal to the US Supreme Court, but it is unlikely they can do this before the polls open tomorrow morning.
