In 1972 John Kerry had what he called the Winter Soldier Investigation in Detroit. Although it was a total joke and discredited many American Heroes it did happen. This is a suggestion. Why don't we concerned with the MIA issue call for a Summer Soldier Investigation? The site of the Winter Soldier Investigation is available and it could be held there. That way when we call John Kerry to testify he will know right where to go.
