** On Rush's site it mentions that this bank has had control over the oil program since 1996 and they didn't dump the stock till 2002**

Yes it is interesting, seeing he is such a Frenchie and 9 of 10 Frenchies love and want him, and he has been known to meet and conspire with the enemy, in Paris of all places, sound familiar.

Pretty standard transaction I would think. But only if you hold hidden offshore trusts you don't want the IRS to know about.
Perhaps George Soros was working on this for him.
