I previously posted a message about this and decided to delete it until I gained verification. I had received an e-mail picture showing Marines with their heads bowing in prayer during a Marine Corp anniversary ceremony. The article said that Lucius Traveler, a spokesmen for the ACLU, claims that the Marines are federal employees on federal property on federal time, and should not pray then. The ACLU now claim they don't know Lucius Traveler. Has any one picked up this, or have other info?
