Bush wants Annan to stay as UN chief? WOW, it seems Bush just "betrays" the mandate.

ANNAN the incompetent and corrupt MUST GO!!

Sometimes something is not as it seems. Bush by supporting Annan has doomed him to fail in his bid to maintain his standing as Secretary General. This is a brilliantly calculated maneuver to undermine Kofi Annan by professing support for him.

Think about it folks if Bush comes out and asks for Annan’s resignation the third world faction of the Secretariat would rally around Kofi to the end. Now they have a dilemma; do they rally behind the USA and support Annan or do they seek his resignation? Bush has placed himself in a win win situation with this move on the Chessboard. Fake to the left and run strong to the right. You have got to love the irony of this move. God what a President.

Cool Cool Cool

GWB likes playing the rope-a-dope, hang on the ropes and let the referree and his enemy find a solution. He did the same thing with Skerry,
GW praised his military service, knowing darn well Skerry' military record was going to sink him.
Kofi is going down and W knows it, so why make more enemies by kicking Kofi while he is down, Congress and the MSM will take care of Kofi.
That way the job gets done and he comes out smelling like a rose!
Very Happy brilliant move Very Happy

I'll give you one more way the President is laying a trap for the Democrats, the President’s support for the guest worker program. This is another calculated move to appear to support opening the borders to guest workers. The Democrats are beside themselves because on one hand if they fail to support the program they alienate a growing Hispanic voter population and if they do support the program the unions will go crazy. He is laying the groundwork for the Democratic party to implode. What a guy, you got to love him.
