Indonesia has said the planes from the Lincoln cannot fly from her decks on training missions in their air space - WHILE SHE IS THERE DELIVERING WATER AND OTHER SUPPLIES TO THEIR CITIZENS

Now she has to be in international waters which also makes it much further for the ships copters to travel to bring their cruddy butts the needed supplies.

With friends like that - who needs enemies.

I would really like to say what really is on my mind but I respect this forum

I'm with you, Roger. When I heard this, it churned my stomach.
Just like India refusing Israeli hospital ship.
I guess it shows how much they care about their people in
desperate need. Such ingratitude!!

To play devil's advocate, we cannot force them to accept our charity. If they refuse our help, and they make their own people suffer because of their politics, that should tell us just about everything we need to know about their leadership.

Galling, I know, but I'd rather they refuse our charity than just have them accept the cash and run off with it (as has happened before with certain governments).
