If you recall, he said on Tim Russert's show and again on Imus that he would sign the form, releasing the remainder of his files. Just in case he can't find a copy, the people below have provided it for download (adobe needed). You can print it out and mail it to him. If you don't want to do that, they also have his Senate email address available.
