The three stooges will all vote no. Look on the bright side, this may be Kerry's 1st vote in 2 years. Same for his attendance today. He's been MIA. Ol' Lurch can be a buffoon in public again.

The Swimmer isn't on this Committee, but as he won't shut his mouth, one would be led to believe it. Biden is the stand in Buffoon for him. Speaking of buffoonery, if sKerry ahd won it would be Biden being interviewed. The dumbest man in the Senate as Sec. of State, that is sobering, but maybe not for Teddy.

Isn't this informal poll concerning how the entire Senate will vote re: Dr. Rice?

Who cares how the SFRC votes? That vote will be long forgotten, unless somebody needs proof later on that "so-and-so flip flops on the issues."

The Senate will confirm, the question is, as I understand, how these clowns will vote on moving the confirmation to the entire body for up or down (as the Judiciary Appts should be). It will pass as the committee is a majority control by Republicans, but it remains to be seen if the Stooges will go along. We don't have the idiotic power sharing that Lott caved in to in 2000.

But he does vote when the confimation goes to the full senate (providing of course he is sober enough that day)

Boxer voting yes would truly be hipocritical Y - N - Y

The additional question is whether Lurch shows up for the Senate vote. He's been MIA for at least 18 mo. and missed every one I can think of. Old habits die hard. Comrade Boxer is just the Looney Left's base holder. She is irrelevant.

I meant to say that Boxer and Kerry would vote "no" in committee.

What could I have been thinking?

New tone?? HA!

I Certainly have to agree on this. They have to grandstand for the Kook Base.
