I send this e-mail to Factcheck, as well as calling their office and left message asking the same question.

In my phone message I let them know how disappointed I was in their organization and the obvious bias they have presented with regarding to this issue. Also let them know that I would no longer feel comfortable quoting their website as an accurate, unbiased, assessment of an issue.
