Gentlemen,

In August, 1970, myself and an Army SFC by the name of Anderson were ferried from a SEAL Team launch site in Tinh Binh to a destination 25 kilometers inside Takeo Province, Cambodia, by a very brave PBR crew.

I would like to tip my hat to these sailors, and thank them for a good job.

At that time I was an Army Captain, but I may have been in a neutral uniform. Andy and I were both six footers, white, blue eyes. We carried a radio, a Swedish K, and an M-79.
