Since many have requested to see this report, here is a link to a pdf file of what is listed as a true copy of the original, the original being unable to be read due to deterioration.

I read it and am afraid there isn't a smoking gun there, at least, that I could see. It appears "homicide" appears as the call was routed through homicide due the unusual nature of a collapse of someone her age. At least, that's what is stated on the report.

Maybe better minds than me can make better sense of it;
