LOL, that is actually the title of the article!

Quote:
Were it not for the man now known as Pope Benedict XVI, Teresa Heinz might already have installed new drapes and carpeting in the White House.

Or so she seems to believe.

Based on remarks Heinz made recently at a Seattle money-raiser, the Pittsburgh ketchup heiress -- a practicing Catholic -- appears to have little fondness for the new pontiff.

You can almost understand why. He did, if you buy her argument, indirectly help keep her husband, Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., from becoming president last year.

Could excommunication be just around the corner for these Catholics in Name Only? I think the new Pope has a simple philosophy supported by his in-depth study of the scriptures; support abortion or other issues against the Word of God, repent your sins or leave the church.

I expect this purging of heretics will take place soon with new edicts from the Holy Father. This is necessary to strengthen the church for the fight of their lives as documented by a quiet Nun from Portugal in the Third Secret of Fatima.

Catholic members of the ACLU, politicians or Catholic members of abortion rights organizations beware. Your days are numbered and your ticket to Heaven revoked.

I guess Mrs. Kerry conveniently forgets that the current Pope was the late John Paul II's right hand man; and he certainly could not have sent out such letters without clearance from the Holy Father.

From what I am hearing, Pope Benedict is even more conservative than his late Boss.
