Americal Division, Chu Lai, August '70-Oct. '71. Worked on the fuel farm.
Army, and I enlisted!! Guess my grand plan to aviod Nam didn't work out.
Glad the SBVT took the stand against Kerry's record. I was still in country when he gave his famous speech about how we were torturing, raping and killing the populace on a daily basis. Funny, I was in Nam almost 4 times longer than Kerry and never saw what he testified to. I do recall the locals telling us how the VC terrorized the locals, but Kerry must have been in Cambodia when this was happening.
