Dick Durbin’s linking US military members to “Nazis, Soviets in their gulags, or some mad regime--Pol Pot or others” a quasi apology and the story fades away. No analogy of the sincerity of the apology no Karl Rove like drum beat for censor. Instead FOX like the rest of the MSM quickly accepted Durbin’s quasi apology.
Fox’s refusal to go after the Karl Rove fabricated story with the same vigor as Rathergate. Instead FOX goes along with the MSM crowd and continues to give this fabrication legs.
And then there is the Natalie Holloway obsession. No news is still news for FOX when it comes to the Holloway story. It amazes me how the media has given more attention to one missing American over 60 days then the 40 year history of 100s of American POW/MIA’s. Where was this kind of obsessive reporting when it came to American POW’s and MIA’s?
And when was the last time we heard a report from FOX on the progress our troops are making on the war on terror. Instead it is “breaking story time” we need to go cover an idiot in CA that is eluding the CHIPS officers.
I guess it is time to give up on electronic media, print media and spend the time in Cyber media where stories are vetted from all perspectives. FOX has insulted my critical thinking skills for the last time.
