Two days ago my husband was griping that the Media will gleefully plaster Tom DeLay's mug shot all over the place.

I said what he should do is put on a BIG GRIN when they take his mug shot. That would foil the MSM who are salivating to get that mug shot.

WELL, HE DID JUST THAT!! I LOVE IT!!!

That mug shot is on T shirts produced by moveon.org. Today in Court Delay asked for a new Judge based on that fact and that the Judge contributes to moveon. No this is not politically motivated. I hope the Judge stays on, then we can get rid of Earle and the moonbat Judge.

I'm impressed by Tom Delay during this ordeal. TD has shown that he stands up for what he believes and he has cojones.

At times I believe that this administration just doesn't get aggressive enough against its enemies. Bush received a mandate from this country and very often he just doesn't push his agenda hard enough. I think avoiding a knock down fight for a proven, solid conservatie SCOTUS is an example. Conservatives wanted a proven candidate who would go to battle during the hearings and put forth the core beliefs of what many of us firmly believe.

Tom D on the other hand is out there fighting Earle every step of the way. He hasn't gagged up and let his attorney talk for him, instead he's on the offensive, showing Book Em Dano Earle as the political hack that he is.

More Republican Senators and Congressmen should listen up to Delay's fighting style cause there's a lot of us out there who want that giant can of whoopass opened on the libs and far left.
