Hillary Clinton Gets Purple Heart Award

Friday, Feb. 17, 2006 9:12 a.m. EST

New York Sen. Hillary Clinton has put in for a Purple Heart award - and she received the decoration yesterday.
The former first lady garnered the award without being wounded in combat - or sustaining any kind of injury at all - as is usually the case with Purple Heart recipients.
Neither has Clinton ever served in the military, though she once claimed in a TV interview she tried to join the Marines.
Instead, Mrs. Clinton received a symbolic award from the Military Order of the Purple Heart "in recognition of her inspirational leadership and dedicated service to America’s military service members and America’s veterans."

Hillary Clinton immortalized at famed wax museum in New York

NEW YORK, Feb. 16 — Add Hillary Rodham Clinton to the pantheon of luminaries immortalized in Madame Tussauds' famed wax museum.
A life-size figure of the former first lady-turned-senator was set to be unveiled Thursday, complete with a campaign-style balloon drop, flags and a full-throated rendering of ''Hail to the Chief.''

MSNBC

After telling us how wonderful she is, I still ask where is her forthcoming apology and concern for the Police Officer her SUV ran down in October 2001?

Newsmax

It makes me wonder, will we bother with an election in '08? Or will she just be appointed?

I think I'm going to puke !!
This is disgraceful even for a Liberal.
It sounds like she's taking Kerry lessons.

What the H E double toothpicks is going on here..... this has to be a joke.

Under the clintons ........ well lets see, a bunch of career officers resigned after launching Nato as a offensive force in Kosovo, a direct breach of the nato charter.

The military budget was slashed and real estate sold leaving us in poor form to gear up and deal with the growing threats well known for the eight years they were in power.

She regularly lies about things like body armor and vehicle armor.

This is sort of sickening.

Senators get paid in tribute anytime an organization feels they can get support for their agenda. Butt kissing of Senators started in Roman times and continues on in cherished tradition with todays U.S. Senators.

Of course some Senators have much larger butts than others and require far more kisses to cover the whole buttocks area.

Cool Cool Cool

BTW I like the lazy eye cartoon!
