My name is Charles Kelley. I live in Snellville, GA just outside of Atlanta.

I served with the 2/94th Arty 175mm guns on Carroll on the DMZ.

I am the author of "VIETNAM'S RAIN - AGENTS ORANGE, WHITE, AND BLUE (WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION)" http://www.2ndbattalion94thartillery.com/book/bookorders.htm

You will also find book reviews on that link.

I have presented to the VA Disability Committee as well as a panel of congressmen and VA officials in DC.

I am currently working with some of the reps in congress as well as one of the deputy directors of the VA in DC.

If you go to http://www.2ndbattalion94thartillery.com/Chas/housecom.htm

You can see one of my presentations and the references at the bottom are where I get some of my data for this submittal. I do not post opinions unless I say it is my opinion and any data I post is usually, as in this link referenced, to where I found the data.

I was a components and failure analysis engineer before I became disabled in 2001 from this nerve damage so I am well versed in analyzing data.

I worked on the development of most of the high tech weapons in the military arsenal today.

My research has been over a four-year period when I realized that many of my guys had the same thing and where being denied. Obviously Vietnam and wartime service in a toxic environment. That is just one of the issues I have been fighting.

If you have any further questions, please let me know.
There is much more on my main link at http://www.2ndbattalion94thartillery.com/

Under links Battalion Updates and Toxic Chemical updates.
